Zoho Reseller Agreement

The apps you develop can be shared privately or through Zoho Marketplace on marketplace.zoho.com/home. You have the right to distribute your requests free of charge or to charge a fee for them. If you choose to distribute your requests for a fee, you can do so by creating a pricing plan of your choice. You understand and agree that all payments for purchases of your Apps will be processed through Zoho. In no event shall ZOHO be liable to YOU or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or for any damages for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of business information arising out of the use of or inability to use the Program, or for any claim of any other party, even if ZOHO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ZOHO`s total liability with respect to its obligations under this Agreement or otherwise with respect to the Licensed Software shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by YOU for the Hosted Service. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the terms. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use any of our services. If you accept the Terms and Conditions and do not accept any Terms specific to the Service, do not use the applicable Service.

You may accept the Terms by checking a box or clicking a button indicating your acceptance of the Terms, or by actually using the Services. The personal information you provide to Zoho through the Service is subject to Zoho`s Privacy Policy. Your decision to use the Service signifies your acceptance of the terms of Zoho`s Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that take place in your user account and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account by email to accounts@zohocorp.com or by calling one of the numbers listed on www.zoho.com/contact.html. You are responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure that your organization does not lose control of administrator accounts. You can specify a process to follow to restore control in the event of a loss of control of administrator accounts by sending an email to legal@zohocorp.com if the process is acceptable to Zoho. .
