GENERAL INFORMATIONIn accordance with the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC) WS###### the Contractor shall fulfill and deliver just real-time (JIT) orders for XXXXX computers, laptops*, monitors, monitors, displays, imaging devices, servers**, XXXXX tablets and peripherals (memory, hard drives, cables, etc.) as defined in the most recent electronic catalog. Orders for devices not listed in the electronic catalog can be placed as a non-catalog order. Sandia has a “Preferred Systems list for Enterprise systems”. An enterprise system is defined as a system normally connected to Sandia`s network, which is supported by sandia Computer Support Department and is used by a person who accesses the company`s applications in the performance of their work. The “Preferred Systems” list consists of systems that Sandia has evaluated and approved. This permission means that the system is working properly in the Sandia.2 computer environment.

Green RequirementsAll desktops, laptops and computer monitors provided under this contract must have obtained a silver or higher registration under the Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) www.epeat.net/. EPEAT is a purchasing tool designed to help large volume buyers evaluate, compare and select desktops, laptops and monitors based on their environmental characteristics, in accordance with the IEEE Consensus Standard for the Environmental Assessment of PC Products (1680). As of January 29, 2013, all EPEAT imaging devices must be bronze or higher. The term “imaging devices” used here includes individual (office) printers, group printers, fax machines, photocopiers and other multifunction devices (imaginable devices). • Power management features must be enabled by default.• All imaging devices supplied by the manufacturer to SNL must be duplex. In addition, duplex must be enabled by default on all printers.

Reporting To meet doe requirements for reporting epeat-eligible device purchases, supplier agrees to submit a quarterly EPEAT-specific report on the SNL/NM pollution prevention program data request. . . .
