The judges were so impressed with his concept, they awarded him first prize.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nJames Matsuba describes his business as an internet based matchmaking service between people who need jobs done and those who have the skills and the tim on their hands to do those jobs.\n<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nJAMES MATSUBA: <\/b> <em>Basically you&#8217;ll go to Idle Time.ca and you will either search for service producers if you so choose to or you can post a job depending on how much knowledge you have about your job.  And based on the characteristics of that job, the system will automatically notify the individuals whoar available to do that job for you.  It&#8217;s like an enhanced permission marketing system.
