Since emigrating to Canada from Croatia, Dusko TrIvic has operated a successful wholesale food business.<\/p>\n

Now he’s trying something completely different with his new business and website Joorbit.com.<\/p>\n

Dusko calls Joorbit the worlds first job dating website. <\/p>\n

DUSHKO TREEVICH:<\/span>   Well Cheryl, I’ve been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years, ever since I came to Canada.  And then one of the problems that I’ve noticed in my business and in my clients businesses was the huge employee turnover.  And we kind of started thinking about it.  Like nobody has every approached it from  this standpoint. True matching has never been achieved.  A lot of companies out there, a lot of programs, they claim that they do the matching correctly and all that kind of stuff, but they don’t. The reason being is that everything is based on keywords. And our software doesn’t use keywords.  We’re actually using a numerical system to do the matching and it works fantastic.  <\/span><\/p>\n
