{"id":1328,"date":"2013-01-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-01-24T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.innovationanthology.com\/import\/2018\/02\/01\/innovation-anthology-528\/"},"modified":"2018-02-25T21:30:42","modified_gmt":"2018-02-25T21:30:42","slug":"innovation-anthology-528","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.innovationanthology.com\/import\/2013\/01\/24\/innovation-anthology-528\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovation Anthology #528:"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/innovationanthology.com\/uploads\/Innovation Anthology 528.mp3\">Download MP3 Link<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nThe <b>Star Wars<\/b> saga has entertained generations of movie goers for more than  35 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nNow the producers, <b>Lucasfilm<\/b> of San Francisco, have joined forces with a Montreal company to create a traveling exhibit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCalled <b><em>Star Wars Identities<\/em><\/b>, it\u2019s in Edmonton at the Telus World of Science before heading out on a world tour.\n<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nKyra Bowling<\/b> is the Exhibits Manager with Lucasfilm.\n<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nKYRA BOWLING:<\/b><em>    There\u2019s like 200 eye popping objects from our archives, everything from full-sized pod racer vehicles to dozens of original production art and drawings in developing the characters to dozens of costumes and the props and maquettes that were used in the original productions<\/em>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe <b><em>Star Wars Identities<\/em><\/b> exhibit is based on the universal appeal of the Star Wars story and the battle between right and wrong.\n<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nKYRA BOWLING:  <\/b><em>What we\u2019re really exploring is the science behind identity.  And in very simplistic terms, that  would be the nature versus nurture type of argument.  But it\u2019s a lot more nuanced and more detailed than that.     And so we look into the biology, the neuroscience, the psychology behind what it really  is that defines who we are.
