WW7B: Water in a World of 7 Billion meets in Calgary

05/08/2012

If you can't be there in person, join the conference via the web

Dr. Rick Mzarek says:

Decisions made about WATER are fundamental to society’s long-term social, environmental and economic prosperity. In the face of compelling regional, national and global water challenges there is a unique opportunity to convene water scholars, decision-makers, managers and educators to focus on identifying and articulating the science, knowledge and activities that lead to game-changing improvements that support sustainable water management outcomes.

This DIALOGUE, intended to be held every other year, will hopefully become a premier forum to discover and refine the opportunities for the practical implementation of such changes. It is a unique opportunity for everyone for which water is a critical issue, to participate, engage, learn and share their experience and knowledge through the interactive format of panel dialogue and delegate participation. Keynotes and panel presenters represent leaders in their field. They will focus on what is possible if we elevate the level of action around improved sustainability. Welcome to Water in a World of 7 Billion.
