<span style=\"font-style: italic;\">The whole point around having this Clearinghouse and Exchange is so that all of the companies can interact in a single  platform and by sharing information be able to pool their investments in  a way that&#8217;s going to generate what I would hope would be the biggest  bang for the buck in terms of environmental protection.&nbsp;&nbsp;
