The very first one is just the high level of entrepreneurship.<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>The level of entrepreneurship in Alberta is about 50 percent greater than the Canadian average.<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>If you look at the theory of some of the previous research, the Alberta numbers should actually be very low because a lot of research has shown that the rate of entrepreneurship increases with the unemployment rate.<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>If you look across Canada,<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>Alberta has one of the lowest rates of unemployment and yet the highest rate of entrepreneurship.<span style=\"mso-spacerun:yes\">&nbsp;
